About This Beer
The crew crafted today’s brew with a blend of Imperial Stouts aged 14 to 30 months in bourbon barrels. Then they conditioned the whole thing on marshmallows, almonds, and Macaron shells made locally by their friends at Nicholson's Nibbles.
Tasting Notes
Notes of dark chocolate rippled with layers of creamy ‘mallow course throughout the sip. A delicate nuttiness courses underneath, adding to the cookie-like decadence and playing into the roast of the malts. As it fades, exquisite whiskey oak and vanilla nuances linger on the palate.
