Behavior: Expressive. Beach Bird is a bold, citrusy character. Idaho 7 Hops, Galaxy Hops, and thiol-rich Phantasm Powder color its song with notes of tangerine, ripe pineapple, guava, and peach. Each resinous finish includes a light, bitter bite.
