The lupulin lords at Hop Butcher teamed up with Offshoot’s cone connoisseurs to stuff a soft, Hazy base with heaps of Sabro, Motueka, Citra, and Galaxy. And to boost the hoppy island vibes, they even added a pinch of toasted coconut to the mash!
Tasting Notes
Each taste is like a mouthful of ruby red grapefruit juice accented by marmalade and lime zest washing down a bite of coconut cream pie. Tropical tinges of mango and pineapple surf on a wave of piney resin.

Juicy citrus punch to the buds followed
by a smooth airy texture. Slight bitterness as it rolls off your tounge. Very pleasant beer leaving you wanting another sip.

I was curious as to why this brewery was called “Hop Butcher of the World “ How they thought toasted Coconut and Paradise fruits would mesh brilliantly with Hops is only what a Hop Butcher could dream up!
