This Mosaic, Citra, and Centennial Hop centered brew is a beacon of powerfully hoppy citrus and juicy qualities. Fresh zested grapefruit aromas rise over notes of sweet caramelized onions.  Pelican combines flawless techniques and a secret hopping mechanism to yield a bounty of sharply crisp citrus hops and bubbles.
