Exactly as described: Strong scent and flavor of peach and stone fruit, balanced out by a wine-like dryness and tartness from the Sauvignon blanc grapes, and brightened by an effervescence not unlike a sparkling wine. A beautiful marriage of a fruited sour and a sparkling wine cocktail.
