About This Beer
They started with a tangy, gluten free base, added non-dairy ice cream mix, strawberries, vanilla, marshmallow, and brown sugar, then conditioned it all on gluten free granola!
Tasting Notes
According to the brewers, “it tastes like the Ice Cream Truck just served up a fresh bar of Strawberry Shortcake. It’s so fu@%in’ spot on.” We couldn’t agree more! Luscious berry, creamy vanilla, and scrumptious cake all come together in each sip, with NO GLUTEN and NO DAIRY!

The granola taste was lovely. You can definitely taste the strawberry shortcake. A wonderful and delightful refreshing snack.

Light creamy strawberry pastry flavor on a mildly tart base. Fits the profile of any DSSOLVR-made beer, but almost all DSSOLVR beers have the same issue; deep flavor profiles, but not enough sweetness or consistency to hold it up above some of the greats. That's not to say I havent gotten a couple of beers from them that absolutely blew me out of the water. I've had a can of "Not On The Hole" in my fridge for months that I can never bring myself to open because of how much I liked it. TAVOUR GIVE ME A BEER REVIEWING JOB PLEASE
