A Note on This Beer

If you’re one of those folks who drinks pickle juice straight from the jar, today’s beer is MADE for you!

‘Cause Best Maid Spicy Pickle Beer is a dill-driven doozy that’ll knock you off your feet!

The North Texas taste masters at Martin House brewed this hot-to-trot treat once before and it sold out faster than you can say “spicy pickle relish.” But this is the first time it’s officially leaving the tap in cans!

They craft today’s ultra-limited release with a refreshingly tart and citrusy Gose base. Then, they use locally-sourced, spicy dill pickle juice to infuse the mildly sweet n’ sour brew with all the salty, briny character you love in pickles, PLUS an added layer of red pepper-infused heat!

Even if you’re not a pickle freak like me, you probably know someone who is. And you KNOW getting the chance to drink some Best Maid would really tickle their pickle.

Grab a couple cans and test your might against this hot n’ spicy DILL-light!

*Pro-tip: Use Best Maid Spicy Pickle Beer to make an incredible Bloody Mary or Michelada!

It is terrible. Doesn’t even taste like good pickle juice. The spice is nice but it’s horrid.

This is for sure spicy and full of pickle flavor. On its own, it’s definitely a bit much, but is fantastic with a little tomato juice for a michelada, and would also be great in a Bloody Mary.

This beer tastes like exactly what it claims to. There is no 'hint' about it. It is fizzy, spicy, pickle juice. This gave me some of the worst heartburn I've ever had, and personally, I hated the flavor, because I don't like spicy pickles, but I couldn't give it anything less than 4 stars because Martin House Brewing did not lie about what this beer would taste like.

My burps actually taste and smell like pickle. Feels like I ate a Jalapeño too.

This is my favorite pickle beer...love the spicy/sour balance! It's fantastic on its own, and also makes a mean Michelada!
