About This Beer
To make it, the brewers blended two of their most iconic Imperial Stouts — Velvet Merkin and Parabola. Then they let it mature for a whole year in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels and hit it with Copious amounts of cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, and cinnamon.
Tasting Notes
Each sip conjures notes of your favorite ooey-gooey fireside treat, with fudgy chocolate notes swirling alongside layers of vanilla decadence. A kiss of baking spice underneath leads to whiskey oak accents on the back end and leaves little trace of the 11.5% ABV.

definite sweetness with chocolate notes but doesn't have the body to balance it out. fun to drink but the taste sticks around a little too long
