About This Beer
To create it, the North Carolina brewers carefully combined one of their Appalachian spontaneous Ales with a portion of fresh Saison. Then they conditioned the blend on locally foraged elderflower. Finally, the bottle conditioned the brew with brettanomyces for subtle funk and effervescent carbonation.
Tasting Notes
We’re anticipating nuances of St. Germain liqueur gentle grassy flavors balanced by hints of turned earth and funky hayloft notes. Whisper of overripe pineapple and zesty lemon should lead the way to a soft, dry finish.
