About This Beer
Inspired by 3 Fonteinen’s legendary Hommage, the FF crew started with a tangy Wild base. They fermented it with juicy, local raspberries and accentuated it with mountains of Michigan cherries for a gorgeous marriage of deep red fruit. Then they bottle conditioned it for a delicate carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Enormous orchard aromas erupt out of every dark magenta pour. The taste follows on a surprisingly full sip, gorgeously rich stone fruit getting a lift from bright bramble berry as the base’s tartness amplifies the jammy notes. A hint of funk and hay carry underneath on a refreshing finish that begs another taste.
