About This Beer
The Energy City crew started with a tangy Berliner base before layering it with heavenly quantities of succulent pineapple, juicy tangerine, and ripe cherry. Then they amped it up with coconut and marshmallow for a lusciously creamy accent.

I’m not getting the marshmallow, but everything else comes through. The cherry is dominant with the tangerine punching through at the end. Interesting flavor, but not sure I like it.

Coconut marshmallow and cherry dominate at first then the pineapple kicks in the tangerine is there slightly towards the end. It’s a perfect tropical tasting drink. I love me a sweet fruited sour it’s pretty much like tasting a piña colada and you can’t tell it’s 8%.

I am surprised nobody has compared this to a Flintstones vitamin yet- it smells and tastes exactly like an orange or red vitamin. Unlocked some super nostalgia for me. Absolutely delicious and a hard-hitting 8% ABV

Another stunning Bistro Grande from Energy City! Quite similar to the other Ambrosia but noticeably different in both color and flavor profile with the addition of cherry, which really is the star of the show here alongside the marshmallow. Two thumbs up!

I would drink this one over and over again. Definitely on the sweeter side but I enjoyed every sip. I really felt like you could taste every note in their description from the pineapple to marshmallow.

This one is tough. The taste feels all over the place… I reckon it’s a combination of the coconut and cherry that’s coming together and giving this a rather medicinal taste. Not to mention it’s very sweet. I’m about halfway in and enjoying it, but perhaps due to being conditioned to enjoy it with every sip.

I’m a total noob when it comes to craft beers and all this stuff, but I at least know what I like now. With that being said, the fact I can taste everything the fan says I need to taste is why it got five stars. You taste the tangerine, coconut, and pineapple a bit more in my opinion, but I’m not at all mad at that. My mom doesn’t like beer if it isn’t in a grocery store, but she drank this one more than I did and I’m sad about it but happy. I’ll shut up now.
