The brewers started with a tangy Berliner-style base and layered it with oodles of ripe peaches and raspberries. Then cranked up the bakery vibes by sprinkling in cinnamon, and brown sugar.

Very raspberry and brown sugar oriented. Jammy and rich. Waves of flavor encapsulate across your palate as well as real fruit bits. A wonderfully balanced Berliner. My favorite from ECB's 'Bistro' lineup so far.
