About This Beer
For Black Butte XXXVIII, the brewers let that legendary base Porter mature in the decadent cracks of port barrels, infusing each sip with sublime cask character and hints of dark berries. And they infused it with chocolate, orange peel, vanilla, and Oregon cranberries!
Tasting Notes
Look forward to notes of chocolate-covered orange weaving through layers of caramel and fig, with just a touch of tangy cranberry giving it all a lip-smacking lift. Meanwhile, lingering hints of charred oak and vinous black cherry should invite you back in for another taste!
