The award-winning dark beer masters at Hoppin’ Frog loaded this bad boy with house-made black treacle for a complex and delicious sip. I’m not proud to admit it, but I’d do just about anything for another taste.
Tasting Notes
Notes of dried fig, brown sugar, and caramel course throughout the velvety body. A light touch of resinous bitterness lingers on the palate, begging you to come back for more like it’s a doorbuster sale. And with a warming 15.5% ABV, you’ll be ready take on anything the holiday can throw at you.

Dark amber pour with some light coming through, skin of fine beige bubbles. Strong boozy aroma, malty, raisins, prunes, leather. Taste brings a nice warm burn up front, sweet, malty, toffee, butterscotch, raisins, figs with more burn on the back end. Sticky finish and alcohol heat stays with you.
