Wiley Roots loaded up a tangy Sour Ale base with blackberry purée, blueberry purée cinnamon, and graham cracker flavor, giving it all the fresh nuances of a crumble-topped fruit confection. And they gave it a big ol’ dollop of whipped cream flavor with additions of vanilla and milk sugar.
