About This Beer
It features a turbid-mashed spontaneous beer aged in a Missouri oak foedre, another spontaneously fermented brew, this one with heavy wheat malt bill, aged in the PH1 barrel (a cask often referred to as “the rarest barrel”), a highly hopped Missouri Farmhouse Pale Ale aged in a French Oak puncheon, and a Belgian Lambic from a well-known producer. Then they conditioned it all on Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and their house Side Project Brettanomyces.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to intricate layers of barnyard funk and hay mingling with ripples of citrus zest and stone fruit. A kiss of oak should deepen the crisp finish, playing beautifully against a lemony tang.
