About This Beer
With this Wild Ale the team at Dwinell Country Ales captured the flavors of the sprawling countryside around tiny Goldendale, Washington.
They used malts from their friends at Mecca Grade Estate and locally sourced cherries from the Columbia River Gorge. And they spontaneously fermented the brew with wild yeasts.
Tasting Notes
Dwinell produced just 38 cases of this exclusive Ale. Which means very few people will have an opportunity to experience its complex yet approachable flavor profile. To bask in nuanced layers of mild funk and subdued, slightly tangy acidity. To let the notes of tart cherry and oak wash across your taste buds.
