About This Beer
This mixed-culture Farmhouse Ale was brewed with deep red “bloody butcher” corn — and the team at Fonta Flora says that it’s “quite possibly the ingredient that most defines who [they] are as a brewery.” Brewed with North Carolina-grown barley, wheat, and rye alongside that local corn, Bloody Butcher is an ode to Appalachia that will please drinkers from sea to shining sea.
Tasting Notes
This dry, tart Grisette has a refreshing farmhouse funk that sings above its lightly earthy body.

Very tart. It’s like a farmhouse ale in a 12 oz form.
