About This Beer
Bobcat is crafted in an early Czech Dark Lager style that predates the Pilsner. It’s a dark and smooth Lager style rarely seen in the U.S.
Tasting Notes
Each sip presents enticing flavors of milk chocolate and dried fig. Despite the dark richness there’s only subtle roast and low bitterness, flowing smooth and sweet to a crisp finish.
