About This Beer
Bobcat is crafted in an early Czech Dark Lager style that predates the Pilsner. It’s a dark and smooth Lager style rarely seen in the U.S.
Tasting Notes
Each sip presents enticing flavors of milk chocolate and dried fig. Despite the dark richness there’s only subtle roast and low bitterness, flowing smooth and sweet to a crisp finish.

Not bad, could've used a bit more for my taste. Some barrel aging would make this go a long way.
Then again, lagers are not my thing but these dark lagers are growing on me

Have had a few from True Respite
on here before and they were great. So had to snag this one. Another terrific effort. Roasty as
hell. Malty and dark chocolate’y.
