One of the NW’s most beloved barrel-aged beers, Fremont’s legendary Abominable Bourbon Barrel Ale (aka B-Bomb) is back with a new limited Coffee and Cinnamon version!

Topping the depth of the original was a tall order but Fremont Brewing has done it.  They are one of the best at using additions to bring out unprecedented flavor.  Coffee & Cinnamon B-Bomb has surpassed the original in community reviews and is well on its way to becoming the top American Strong Ale of all time.

C & C B-Bomb fills the glass with a dark brown glinting of red.  Bring your nose close and experience the deluge of bourbon, coffee, and cinnamon so dense it’s spicy.  Each sip is a bite of heaven: a creamy whiskey caramel washed down with coconut and espresso-infused horchata.  Though it ventures deep into a magical vacationland of dessert flavors, C & C B-Bomb ultimately resolves with a hint of balancing hops and acres of woody bourbon warmth.

This is the first time the C & C version of B-Bomb has been made.  With the rave reviews of how deliciously intense it is, we can only hope Fremont will bring it back next year.   This could be one of the legendary retired beers that we long for, but is impossible to find.  Be sure to enjoy every drop of this barrel-aged gold.
