About This Beer
The barrel-aging masters at Monday Night Brewing dressed today’s Scotch Ale in Kentucky bourbon barrels and won GABF gold. And after a pint, I feel like I could put on a kilt and conquer one of those Scottish competitions where you hurl logs.
Tasting Notes
Silky cascades of caramel-coated dates, raisin-swirled dark bread, and cocoa notes lead the charge on every quaff. Whiskey-soaked creme brûlée follows behind with a hint of char.

A little thin, but super clean with nice barrel flavors.

one of the better scotch ales I’ve had in a long time! Definitely would buy again given the opportunity. Kinda faint butterscotch flavor with a malty backbone & some oaky 👅

Yeasty with caramel notes. Char from the barrels enhances the flavor of the base brew.
