Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout (2020) — 13% ABV

The brewers aged this massive Imperial Stout in bourbon barrels for a full 8 months, piling layers of warm, caramelly flavor on top of creamy lactose and a smooth, chocolatey base. It’s supremely rich and full-bodied, with decadent notes of artisanal cocoa and burnt brown sugar that make it a sweet sippin’ brew worthy of dessert.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Espresso Stout (2020) — 13% ABV

It will take at least a few sips to fully grasp all the flavors at play in this variant brewed with fresh espresso beans. Dark chocolate, bourbon, and fresh-brewed coffee greet the palate up front, followed by a hint of anise and some silky caramel.
