Tasting Notes
Roasty malt folds into mouth watering ‘mallow and dark chocolate. Luxuriously rich toffee swirls alongside creamy coconut, and the bourbon barrel aging imparts notes of warming whiskey and woodspice. It’s so fudgy and thick, you may just wanna sip it through a straw!

Not my favorite from Prairie. They are kings of the pastry stout, but this tasted off to me. Way too much of a sugar bomb to appreciate the subtleties.

Weekend was already really good, but you have to like dessert stouts to enjoy this. The barrel cut just enough into the richness and sweetness of this to make it better.

OMG!!! Wow!!! Thick! Bourbon kissed almond joy without the almonds. Coconut strong on the nose. Marshmallow and vanilla in your face... followed by coconut. A whisper of bourbon and all chased with a tad of bitter chocolate. Thick and chewy, yet smooth and velvety. After one sip, instantly one of my favorites.

Though it may be small in stature it sure does have a big and bold flavor. Make sure you share with friends and family. However, that means you need to grab several bottles. Cheers 🍻

Love Prairie artisan ales’ stouts. The marshmallow here was a noted change from the pastry stouts I associate with them. Nice cap to a Saturday. Marshmallow wasn’t too strong and on the whole the beer was balanced with cocoa and BBA making their presence known and the sweetness@coconut curbing hard edges of strong beer.

Prairie still got it! Boozy bourbon forward sweet marshmallow chocolate coconut thickness. The finish is a bit heavy on the sweet but easy to think cake! And the bottle size is Perfecto.
