About This Beer
The Taxman team started with their award-winning Deduction Dubbel, already rich with malty sweetness, raisin and fig notes, and caramelly flavor from candi sugar. They deepened its complexity by letting it slumber in bourbon barrels.

Best really warmed. Good barrels, solid base. Slightly rounding up on this, but very enjoyable.

Big bourbon aroma and flavor with light malty raisiny Dubbel character underneath. Strong and boozy and a bit sweet. Medium bodied with a warming finish. 🇮🇱🇺🇸

Sweet, intense, dark, rich. The beautiful base beer is complimented by the barrel character

Dark brown pour, oppaque, spotty fine beige head. Malty aroma sinks into the bourbon barrel, warming, plums. Taste is chocolate, prunes, woody with some notes of bourbon. Bourbon more prominent in the aroma than the taste. Sweet, tingly, warming. Very tasty.
