About This Beer
For this brand-new variant of Bourbon Paradise, the Prairie Stout savants doubled the paradise! They started with their beloved, bourbon barrel aged base. Then they hit it with twice as much coconut and vanilla as the original!
Tasting Notes
Angelic clouds of coconut and creme anglaise float through cocoa-y skies on every velvety pull. A whiskey caramel breeze whispers throughout with shimmering oaky spice that might have you asking, “Have I died and gone to beer heaven?” But that might just be the ABV talking.

Unfortunately more adjuncts don’t equate to more flavor. muddies up the balance. tastes like chocolate milk… barrel presence completely muted.

The single bourbon Paradise was one of my favorite stouts. The double came across a bit more stunted than I anticipated. Very creamy, heavy, overall delicious.
