Braincake is practically a legend within the Louisiana craft beer scene. Whenever Parish drops a new batch — which happens all too rarely — fans overrun the taproom looking for cans. Plenty of wheat in the mash makes for a silky sip, and a bold hop combo brings serious flavor.

Daily corona battle. Final 4 edition. N.O. brewery for a N.O. FF game. Candy on the nose, berry sweet and silky smooth going down. Dadgum that’s good. Enough hop bite to balance and clean er up. Softness lingers on the finish.
