About This Beer

After tasting this mudslide cocktail-inspired Stout from New Image, I’d like to say something equally complimentary to the brewers. Except I’d probably leave out the part about sleeping with everyone.

Tasting Notes

The Colorado crew certainly played coffee, vanilla, and Irish cream off of each other in a beautiful way, creating rich, creamy, and roasty flavors that taste like something the dude might whip up at Jackie Treehorn’s bar. Then they wrapped it up in a supple ribbon of lactose so it’s smoother than a silk rug.

This is a beer for big time stout lovers, no doubt about it! It could be a bit heavy but if you’re in to stouts, give this one a try, it does have good flavor!

Very thick and tasty, yet creamy, and the 10.5% is well hidden. Not overly sweet. Overall a very good Stout.

Decent coffee and roasted malt aroma and flavor. Not very boozy with definite cacao character. Nice balance of flavors and not overly sweet. Medium to full-bodied and lightly creamy. 🇮🇱
