About This Beer
To create the seventh batch of Brutus, Fonta Flora scoured the North Carolina countryside in search of its delicious main ingredient: locally foraged dandelions!
Dandelions have actually been used to flavor beer since at least the Middle Ages, and dandelion-infused Saisons were once a common springtime treat in Belgium. The flowers add a spicy, herbaceous flavor, with subtle citrus notes and a mellow, earthy undertone.
And now’s your opportunity to drink as the Belgians drank.
