About This Beer
To craft this stunner, the Aslin crew teamed up with Horus Aged Ales. The duo aged a rich base in apple brandy barrels for 16 months, giving it lush accents of baked apple, toffee, and charred oak. Then they conditioned it on mountains of Vietnamese cocoa nibs for creamy tides of chocolate.
Tasting Notes
With every swig, currents of brandy-soaked apple pie filling cascade into nuances of decadent, dark ganache. It’s like sipping on a chocolate caramel apple with swirls of vanilla and walnut! The fruit and cocoa give it all Neapolitan nuances, never once giving away the big 12% ABV.

Incredible combo of flavors here. Chocolate, toffee and especially apple. There'e just something about these that mix perfectly with the brandy barrel.

Quintessential apple pie notes of baked fruits, caramel, and baking spices, complimented by rich and smooth dark chocolate fudge. Both the brandy and bourbon barrels are restrained, yet contribute a definitive woodiness to round and unite the experience.
