A Note on This Beer
CultureTrip named Copper Kettle one of the 10 Best Breweries in Denver and after trying today’s delicious and sinfully sessionable Cafe Con Leche Coffee Milk Stout, it’s easy to see why.
Smack dab in one of the biggest craft epicenters in the country, these GABF award-winning brewers know that Colorado craft fans aren’t the kind to sacrifice taste for drinkability — which is why every sip of Leche’s crushable profile is brimming with robust Stout flavors.
For nearly three years, Denver locals have been shooing away out-of-towners and hoarding Cafe Con Leche all to themselves. But not anymore - for the first time, Copper Kettle canned this taproom-exclusive sipper and we secured the only stash leaving Colorado!
These Dark Beer masters loaded this 5.6% ABV brew with layers of roasty espresso and smooth sweet cream, and from the lucky Denverites who have gotten a taste, it’s already scoring a 4.05 on UT! This is your chance to be one of only people outside Colorado to try it!
Every ounce of this dark brew is brimming with aromas of freshly brewed coffee and sweet vanilla. The first sip is awash in dark chocolate, chewy molasses, and toasted malts that give way to a touch of toffee and caramel. A hint of hop bitterness balances the Cafe Con Leche decadence, making ideal for all-day indulgence.
With so much espresso-soaked decadence in such an easy-going package, it’s no surprise that after 3 years as a taproom favorite, locals demanded Copper Kettle put this dark brew into cans. We think the locals are gonna be pretty peeved when they find out our members caught wind of their sweet, roasty secret.
