About This Beer
To craft their Carolina Cobbler - Blackberry, the GABF award-winning brewers at Divine Barrel use massive amounts of real blackberries. Then, they hit it with silky swirls of Madagascar vanilla beans, crunchy graham crackers, fragrant cinnamon, and a double dose of creamy lactose.
Tasting Notes
Every jammy sip delivers a blast of sticky-sweet, blackberry pie filling flavors. That nostalgic deliciousness soon opens up to the decadence of vanilla bean ice cream melting over oven-fresh, cinnamon crust.

I was actually hoping for a bit more Sweetness in this beer but it holds true to his Berliner weisse style designation. It's just a berry Berliner.

Tasted as advertised. Happy!

it’s okay.

Wow. Should have ordered more. Expensive. But maybe worth it? Well-balanced tartness. I could drink these all day.

Wish it was slightly more sour, but it is very tasty

It does taste like a cobbler, but it is lacking more of a punch from the blackberries. When it hits the tongue it tastes like all the ingredients come together and shine, but then the blackberry falls flat quickly. Good, but disappointing.

Shocked on how closely this follows the flavor of cobbler. One of the better beers I’ve had of this type.

too tart in my opinion. Would like to taste a bit more bitter, like pastry.

very good. Berliner up front, then blackberry, then finishes with creamy cinnamon and vanilla. glad I got more than one

tart, but good.
4.5
Smooth dessert sour with clear jammy blackberry notes, cinnamon, and graham cracker flavors. Wasn’t sour or as satisfying as it could have been- slightly too much like purée, but still delicious
3.5
It was okay. I'd like more blackberry flavor in it. Not bad but nothing I'm too excited for.

It is definitely more on the tart side. I could taste slight hints of cinnamon and could barely taste the vanilla. Wish it had more of both.
