About This Beer
To craft this classic Baltic Porter, the brewers slowly cold fermented a high gravity base for two full weeks with Lager yeast. Then they lagered the beer in American oak for three weeks, introducing woody complexities.
Tasting Notes
Rich, cocoay aromas perfume the air with every dark pour. On the swig, silky java notes cascade into nuances of bittersweet chocolate and hints of toffee. Easy-drinking malty tones flow into a deliciously roasty finish.
