About This Beer
For Cascade Archives, they started with a clean grain bill featuring Golden Promise, Pilsen, and biscuit malts. Then they hit it with both Cascade and Cascade Cryo to really lock in the hop’s iconic flavors.
Tasting Notes
It may be an old school cone, but the brew is a thoroughly modern take on the style, with pronounced ruby red grapefruit and tangerine tones creating a fruit forward sip. Hints of white pine resin, honeysuckle, and jasmine make for a dynamic finish, with just the right amount of structured bitterness to keep you coming back for more!

Beautiful color nice smell but has an alcoholic after taste

Clear straw with a tall white pillowy white head from over carbonation. Citrusy and piney hop aroma & flavor with clear signs of oxidation. Not terribly bad but sadly I will not rate. Canned at the end of July so it still should have been good. 🇺🇸🇮🇱
