For Cascade Archives, they started with a clean grain bill featuring Golden Promise, Pilsen, and biscuit malts. Then they hit it with both Cascade and Cascade Cryo to really lock in the hop’s iconic flavors.
Tasting Notes
It may be an old school cone, but the brew is a thoroughly modern take on the style, with pronounced ruby red grapefruit and tangerine tones creating a fruit forward sip.
