I’ve had some average pilsners, but this was really mellow. Not bad, not special, just fine.

Weird funk to it late.

Can't decide where to start, and I'll be honest I don't drink many pilsners. This is a very good rendition of what I'd typically consider boring and somewhat flavorless style of beer. Tasted very earthy, slight bit of bitterness/hops in the finish. Kind of a straw/hay-like taste reminded me of being on my grandparents farm. I have almost no idea what a traditional authentic German pilsner should taste like but I imagine this is close with a bit of a modern twist.

Great Pilsner. Would definitely buy this again

The dry hopping adds a nice subtle citrus note to the pils malt, but I’d like it to be a bit crisper though.
