How did the Garvies Point craft masters become Glen Cove’s IPA heroes? Hops, hops, and more hops! Seriously, Cast Astray Simcoe is their biggest love letter to the hop yet — they add more hops at every stage of the brewing process, elevating the flavors and ABV!

The brewers start with Simcoe Hops in the whirlpool, followed by another dose after the initial boil. Then, just to really drive home the hoppy goodness, they dry hop it with a THIRD helping of straight Simcoe Hop bliss!

Every sip delivers lemon citrus, passionfruit, and apricot flavors that complement its dank pine aromas and fluffy, juicy body. It’s the no-nonsense, mouthwatering taste that made Simcoe Hops such a favorite in the beer world.
