Anchorage Brewing has fallen head over heels for Strata Hops. Today’s IPA is loaded with those dank and tropically pungent cones!

And, to crank things up even further, the brewers filled the kettle with insane amounts of real guava, boosting the tropical fruit flavors high into the stratosphere! 

Open up a can of Catch, and dank, cannabis-like aromas come wafting out. Take a sip, and it’s tropically tangy on the tongue, with a smooth, slightly sweet finish. Imagine visiting a smoothie bar with Cheech and Chong, and you’ll have a pretty good idea of what you’re in for.

Catch is the second Anchorage IPA to feature Strata Hops and Guava that we’ve had in just the last few months, so it’s safe to say that head brewer Gabe Fletcher is as big a fan of the combo as you are — that last IPA earned a staggering 4.32 on Tavour!

Will Anchorage keep combining Strata Hops and Guava? We sure hope so! But, who knows? This might be your last chance to taste this awesome combo before the brewers move on to a delicious new idea!
