For this killer 3-way collab, Toppling Goliath teamed up with Lua and Sapwood Cellars. The trio started with a pillowy base before layering it with Simcoe, Strata, Citra, and Galaxy Hops.
Tasting Notes
Bright starbursts of tropical nectar surge out of every sip. Juicy nebulas of tangy mandarin and drippy pineapple ripple with dank strawberry and pithy grapefruit. Comets of candied mango coast throughout, colliding with dark planets of pine.
