They began with a maple syrup and ube-filled Pastry Stout, infusing the delectable base with the earthy, vanilla-like nuances of the Filipino sweet potatoes. Then they aged it in bourbon barrels for 14 months before finishing this inky sipper with pecans and cinnamon sticks.
