About This Beer
The Elder Pine crew started with a base of floor-malted Pilsner malt plus equal parts Vienna malt and flaked corn to give it that signature, smooth cerveza body. Then they hopped it lightly with German Hallertau Blanc, cold fermented it with authentic Mexican Lager yeast, and lagered it at 33° for over a month.
Tasting Notes
Gorgeous straw-gold swigs erupt in vibrant bouquets of flowers and honey. Soft notes of bread and sweet corn carry through every sip, with rich accents of lemon zest and herbs from the hops. It all resolves with a satisfyingly snappy finish.
