About This Beer
The crew at Fonta Flora crafted this West Coast IPA with a base of local two row pilsner malt, a dash of dextrin malt, and flaked oats. Then they hopped it with McKenzie, Strata, and Vista and fermented it with a classic Westy yeast strain.
Tasting Notes
Notes of lemon zest and marmalade accentuate the subtle sweetness of the malts. Hints of pear swirl underneath, leading to a satisfying finish peppered with pops of pine resin and grapefruit pith.
