Drekker’s annually released BBA Stout features a new sourced Cacao Nib every year. For the 2021 release, they’ve gone to Ecuador to coax out decadent flavors of fudge in their luxe, Old Fitzgerald BBA Stout!
Tasting Notes
This massive sip comes loaded with notes of date, bourbon caramel, and gooey fudge. Like a molten lava cake, each pour brings the opulent best of its Ecuadorian cacao nib and Old Fitzgerald Bourbon Barrels right to the front, exploding in smooth, velvety decadence!

just didn’t have the right balance. the barrel treatment was overwhelmed by the bitterness of the chocolate. this beer felt aggressively monotone sadly

Coco, plum, with a chocolate finish that last over 15 seconds. Interesting beer. Definitely complex and worth trying if you can get your.hands on it.
