For Chocolate Chip Flapjack Medianoche, WeldWerks started with the Tavour exclusive Chocolate Chip Flapjack Special Stout from 2021! They layered this beauty with real chocolate chips, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and milk sugar before aging it 18 to 25 months in bourbon barrels.

Finally, they finished it on maple syrup and cocoa nibs for a decadent treat brimming in brunch flavors. It’s like a stack of flapjacks crafted with whiskey vanilla and absolutely loaded with chocolate chips. Only flapjacks don’t normally boast a 13.25% ABV!
