About This Beer

The Prairie brewers used their beloved Bomb! base, brimming with locally-roasted espresso beans, creamy chocolate, luscious vanilla beans, and warming ancho chile peppers. Then they loaded it with a little extra seasonal cheer — cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg!

Tasting Notes

Each full-bodied quaff erupts with spiced café decadence. It’s like a bite of warm, fresh baked gingerbread dipped in a decadent Mexican mocha. Sweet, tingling spice carries through the velvety finish.

I’m a huge fan of Prairie Artisan Ales. Nice to see their beers on Tavour. It would be nicer to see some of their pub exclusive beers on here, though.

This tastes like a molasses or gingerbread cookie. Super interesting. Every sip you pick up on a new flavor. Wish I would've ordered more than one

A lot going on here but it comes together well. The ancho chili pepper was hardly evident, which I was really looking forward to from the base Bomb! It seems the other spices and especially cinnamon maybe overwhelmed it a bit. Minor, bc this was good!

With its mid body, vanilla and big winter spice notes; this beer makes the perfect holiday sipper. I definitely need to seek out the barrel-aged version as well.
