About This Beer
The crew at Modist made Circular Thought’s silky smooth base from pilsner malt, flaked oats, malted wheat, thiolized yeast, and double dry hopped it with Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, and experimental hop HBC 586.
Tasting Notes
Lush notes of tropical pineapple and succulent stonefruit course throughout the sip. Hints of grapefruit pith and grassy pine resin on the creamy finish obscure the bold 10% ABV.
