About This Beer
This IPA from Main & Mill is exactly what its name promises –– a deliciously classic take on a DIPA.
The Main & Mill crew loaded this sipper with 4lbs per barrel of Citra, Sabro, and HBC 586. This stunning hop varietal with an intense range of drippy, tropical nuances: mango, guava, lychee, with undertones of citrus and spice.
Tasting Notes
Gentle waves of mango swirled orange juice, drippy peach, and creamy coconut course through every sip with a pinch of pine and pepper on the end in refreshing contrast. It all goes down way too easy for 8% ABV.

Almost a milkshake...creamy, citrusy and not overly bitter. Settles into a light, orange profile with hints of malty bread and biscuit. A different take on the classic that doesn't disappoint.

it’s good. just not what I was expecting from a “classic” DIPA. I was expecting more bitterness. this is pretty smooth.
