The Hop Butcher crew took a crisp American Pilsner malt base and hopped it with plenty of hand-selected Mosaic, Motueka, and El Dorado for bright pops of tropical fruit and a structured bitterness.

not one of my favorites from them says AK. it’s a little to clear and west coast tasting for me.SS loves it! this is a 4 for SS and a repeat but not for AK
