For Cloud Breaker 6, Kyle Harrop aged a rich, chocolatey Imperial Stout base in Van Winkle Family Reserve Rye barrels. Then he infused it with a mountain of decadent Vanuatu vanilla beans, creating sumptuous sips that overflow with towering crème brûlée notes.
Tasting Notes
Dark chocolate ganache and whiskey caramel nuances support the silky ‘nilla, while whispers of anise, tropical fruit, and oak ripple underneath, adding extra depth. As the sweet, full-bodied quaff comes to a close, a touch of spicy rye lingers on.
