About This Beer

I could crush mimosas all day. Except that 1) it feels weird to keep popping bottles of champagne one after the other, and 2) that much bubbly can lead to some… rough mornings.

That’s why I’m stocking up on Cloud of Sound: Mandarina Bavaria!

The crew at Brix City cranked up some serious citrus flavors in this brew with heaps of Citra and (you guessed it!) Mandarina Bavaria Hops! Those cones impart tangy tangerine and fresh-squeezed OJ flavors that rival anything Tropicana puts out.

Tasting Notes

It’s like the smoothest, most refreshing mimosa ever created! Actually, it’s even better because it’s balanced by a pop of pithy bitterness on the back end, and you can have a few without destroying all hopes of a productive morning.

comparing it to a mimosa was skeptical to me but very smooth and great balance between citrus and bitterness neither of which are overpowering. very much enjoy this beer.

More of a traditional taste, than a mimosa flavoring. has a bitter dry end but pretty decent. only giving it a 4 because taste nothing like a mimosa.
