Nice fruity aroma with peach and pineapple. The taste has much more pastry character with maple syrup and cinnamon. This series is surprisingly good.

Such an interesting sour! Absolutely love it! You can really taste all the flavors: peach and pineapple start the beer off as a typical sour but then the maple syrup and vanilla beans smooth everything over and finally the nuttiness from the pecans and spice from the cinnamon give the beer a pleasant but still smooth bite. Would definitely get again and always great to have a brewery from my home state produce a dank beer. 🍻
