About This Beer

The brewers crafted this 2022 release by carefully blending select batches of their base Stout aged between 21-24 months in freshly emptied Blanton’s Bourbon barrels. Once they’d fine-tuned the brew for the ideal expression of caramel, oak, and vanilla, they added a whopping 800lbs of toasted and raw coconut!

Tasting Notes

This decadent beer positively overflows with notes of creme brulee, brownie batter, and roasty espresso. Hints of cinnamon-sugar sparkle in the background while luscious coconut swirls throughout each sip, creating a silky, almost creamy finish.

personally I didn’t taste any coconut, barrel character, cinnamon, or any adjunct flavors at all. I actually forgot that this beer was even barrel aged because I couldn’t tell at all. this was my first beer of the night so I don’t think my palate was off, but all I could taste from this beer was teriyaki sauce. bummer after spending $35.

I love a thick stout but this is sludgy and full of gross sediment, I've had prior versions of this and they were all world class. This one was hard to get down, not infected but just bad and not enjoyable.
